Beza E. Ayalew is the founder and lead consultant of The Mela Way. She serves as the lead organization development consultant, leadership coach, facilitator, trainer and strategic advisor. She is excited to partner with diverse clients across functions, industries and communities to make a lasting global impact. Beza has over 16 years of experience in public and private sectors.
