Our Services

  • A consultant will partner directly with senior leaders of the company. The consultant will engage with leaders, staff and key stakeholders to secure feedback and important information to inform a customized approach and solutions. The consultant will co-create with the client to design and implement customized solutions to improve performance and achieve success.

  • A coach will partner with a senior executive or leader (at various levels within the company) in an on-going relationship to promote leadership effectiveness and reach or exceed desired goals.

    Our coaches are formally certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • Team Coaching

    A coach will partner with an entire team in an on-going relationship to promote team effectiveness and reach or exceed desired individual and team goals.

    Group Coaching

    A coach partners with a group (not on the same team) but could be part of the same company or not. There is a unified goal or theme that brings this group together.

    Our coaches are formally certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • Meeting Design

    A meeting designer will partner with a client to intentionally design a meeting by using effective meeting tools and techniques to keep the conversation on track, promote collaboration and reach goals.

    Facilitation

    A facilitator will partner with a client to bring the meeting design plan to life and move a team or group through a meeting or planning session to successfully achieve specific goals.

    Meeting Design and Facilitation support can be provided together or separately based on client needs.

  • Training Design

    A trainer will partner with a client to design content based on skills and concepts resources needed to learn a particular job or activity.

    Delivery

    A trainer will partner with a client to teach the designed content based on skills and concepts needed to learn a particular job or activity.

    Training Design and Delivery support can be provided together or separately based on client needs.

  • A consultant will partner with a client to support a team or group to gain new knowledge and apply that knowledge to improve performance and drive results.

  • A strategic advisor will partner with a client to provide an external perspective and act as an objective third-party who provides guidance and insights on a variety of topics. Our team uses our expertise and industry knowledge to advise leaders on high-level decisions.

  • A strategic planner will partner with a client to identify the organization’s vision, mission, values, and goals. The consultant will partner with the client to use the input to develop a strategy to achieve those goals. It will be used to set priorities, focus energy, allocate resources, strengthen operations, and ensure employees and key stakeholders are working toward common goals.

  • Career Development

    A career coach will partner with a client to define and reach career goals. Career goals can vary based on the client’s values and needs. For example the career coach will support a client through career transitions, securing a promotion, preparing for interviews and negotiating salary.

  • A consultant will partner with a client to resolve conflict with oneself, supervisor or colleague, or within a team or group. The consultant will serve as an unbiased third party to help address the conflict.

  • Evaluation

    A consultant will partner with a client to identify evaluation needs. There are both formal and informal ways to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess the company’s culture and success.

    Assessments

    A consultant will partner with a client to identify assessment needs. Assessments can be used to promote awareness and improve behaviors and decisions.

  • A consultant will partner with you to identify the important explicit knowledge (i.e., the systems used to store information and document processes) and tacit knowledge (i.e., unique information linked to the leaders themselves) to collect, store and share in order to promote a learning organization.

    A consultant will partner with a client to help them prepare for a speaking engagement. This may include developing the script and presentation, as well as working on stage presence and delivery.

    Serve as a Speaker

    A consultant will partner with a client to serve as a Lecturer, Keynote, Conference Speaker, Panelist or Moderator at company’s event, meeting or conference. Topics may vary based on client needs and consultant’s areas of expertise.
